- i enjoyed this book because it had stuff on if you are getting angry or stuck it tills you what to do to get on with your learning .
- The book is about panic attacks and what happans when you are having a panic attacks and what it feel like look like what your bran is doing and you cant think . It also say how to get out of a panic attacks and what to do what to think .
